Don George was one of the kindest men I’ve come to know over the years. He was thoughtful and generous to my children who always appreciated their time with him and who were his grandchildren. Over the past week, I’ve replayed watching the 2014 World Series with him each night and talking about the game the following day. He was filled with statistics and for the first time, I got to hear many stories of his youth and years prior to initially meeting him. He was filled with laughter and always brought the same out of those around him. My heart and sympathy goes out to the loved ones he leaves behind, especially Kelli and Lisa, both of which I consider my sisters forever. He was a good man and will be missed tremendously and definitely thought of in the highest regard. Nicholas
